Tournament regulations and supplementary information
for the 6th international U15 indoor tournament of the TSV Bernhausen
for the PM-Cup

 

1. Playing time:
The playing time is 1x11 minutes, from the quarter finals onwards 1x12 minutes.
The timekeeping is in the hands of the referee and the tournament organization.
The referee starts the matches and the tournament organization ends them.

2. Field:
Gymnasium with all-around-boards (hall wall on the level of the red marking).
The teams play towards big hall goals.

3. Line-up:
The team first mentioned in the tournament plan plays on the left side of the tournament organization and has the kick-off.

4. Players´ outfit:
If both teams wear equal jerseys the team first mentioned in the tournament plan has to change jerseys.
The organizer provides covering shirts.

5. Match scores:
The tournament is scored after the points system. The goal difference decides if the score is equal.
If two or more teams at a certain position of the table which has a particular importance have got the same point and goal difference, the team which has scored more goals is placed better.
If the number of the scored goals is also the same, the direct comparison will count and if this is balanced, too, a penalty shoot-out will be held.

6. Match decision:
Only the final is prolonged as follows: 1x5 minutes.
In all other placing games a penalty shoot-out follows immediately.
Penalty kick distance: 9m.

7. Number of players
A team consists of 4 field players and one goalkeeper.
The highest number of players per team is 15 at the most.

8. Passport control:
Only players of the age group 1997 and younger are entitled to play
(deadline: 1.1.1997), if they can present a valid player´s passport before the beginning of the tournament (or if they can identify themselves by an official photograph passport, if they are members of the respective club and are entitled to play there).
At least 15 minutes before their first match the teams therefore have to come to the tournament organization for passport control.

 

9. Balls:
Balls for warming up are provided by the organizer.They should be brought back!

 

10. Start-up money:
The start-up money is 40€ per team and has to be paid to the tournament organization before the beginning of the tournament.
The start-up money becomes due also at non-appearance.

 

11. Rules:
In general, the regulations of the WFV for indoor tournaments are valid.

12. Liability for valuables and further information:
The TSV Bernhausen is not liable for lost values and objects!
It is therefore recommended not to leave anything behind in the changing rooms
.
