Fulham FC 97s have had a good year in 2011. The majority of the boys play in the under 15 group and also some play for the under 14s. The 97s group were successful in a National Premier League Festival in the summer, beating a number of Premier League teams and then beating Palmerias from Brazil in the final. This is the first tournament of the year and we hope to be able to adapt to the indoor set up.
The team will be led by Mark Pembridge, a former Fulham FC player who has also played for Everton, Benfica and was a Welsh International. Geoff Warner has worked for over 20 years in youth development at Crystal palace and reading before becoming the u15s coach at Fulham FC.
We are happy to come back to the Hallenmasters this year and look forward to doing better than last year!
